In 2025 at the SIMPPAR perfumery convention, Capua 1880 (usually renowned for their citrus oils) unveiled their Nat Infuse product range, which includes innovative extractions of non-citrus products in a first for the company. We were blown away by their very impressive Hazelnut Nat Infuse. Traditionally in perfumery, hazelnuts are evoked using filbertone, a synthetic molecule; it does a great job but the lack of options tend to make hazelnut fragrances all smell very similar. Hazelnut Nat Infuse is proprietary an extraction of real Italian hazelnuts, which has made a truly olfactorealistic hazelnut note possible in the perfumer's palette for the first time in history. This product is a must try for gourmand accords such as honey roasted nuts.

Note that this extract contains ethanol and TEC, which are fully suitable for use in fine fragrance. We supply the product pure as sold by the manufacturer.
