Hexyl salicylate is another member of the Salicylate family (see Benzyl salicylate, Amyl salicylate). Hexyl salicylate is a neutral and transparent salicylate smell, often used as a blender to help other raw materials harmonise and can work in floral-fruity compositions especially.
