Nutmeg absolute is less camphoraceous (harsh) than the far more common nutmeg essential oil and has a far more soft and rounded aroma profile overall, true to the true odour of nutmeg, thus making it the premiere way to achieve a realistic nutmeg note in perfumery. Note that nutmeg absolute naturally contains Safrole and Methyl eugenol and therefore should be used only in small doses and only once the implications of this are understood.
Note, we are still waiting on the EU Allergens Certificate for this product on the manufacturer and so cannot provide that until further notice. IFRA certificate and SDS are available as per usual.
