Change of Mind Returns

Change of mind returns are eligible up to 30 days from receipt. Items must be unopened, unused, in original packaging with all tags and proof of purchase. Contact info@thefragrancefoundry.com before returning. Return postage is your responsibility. Refunds cover product cost only (not original shipping, taxes, or duties).

Non-Returnable Items

• Raw materials / fragrance chemicals
• Custom / to-order items (purchased via email invoice)
• Sale items and gift cards
  

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us as soon as possible if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll work to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will issue a replacement where possible, or a refund if you prefer or replacement is unavailable. We'll provide a prepaid return label for faulty goods - replacements and refunds will be processed after receipt of the returned faulty items. Refunds processed within 14 days of receiving your return to original payment method.
