Ethylen brassylát je jedním z nejširšeji používaných pižem v parfumerii a pro dobrý důvod. Je měkký a neutrální s nádechem vanilkové sladkosti. Je dlouhotrvající a hodí se téměř do jakékoli parfémové kompozice. Je to základ, na kterém se mohou stavět ostatní noty a poskytuje krásnou měkkou přetrvávající vůni na kůži nositele.
