Ethylen brassylát je jedním z nejčastěji používaných pižem v parfumerii, a to z dobrého důvodu. Je jemný a neutrální s nádechem vanilkové sladkosti. Má dlouhou výdrž a hodí se do téměř jakékoli parfémové kompozice. Tvoří základ, na kterém mohou další tóny stavět, a zanechává na pokožce nositele krásnou, jemnou, přetrvávající vůni.
