Le labdanum est une matière douce, balsamique et résineuse sombre extraite du ciste du bassin méditerranéen, et fait partie intégrante de la palette du parfumeur depuis des siècles. Il est indispensable pour créer des accords Ambre, Chypre et Encens, une matière première incontournable en parfumerie qui peut être utilisée dans d’innombrables contextes.

Notre absolue de labdanum est sélectionnée avec le plus grand soin. Nous avons testé 10 lots différents provenant de divers fabricants pour garantir un produit de la meilleure qualité possible. Nous proposons une variété "claire" de labdanum, qui rend les parfums moins sombres que la variété "foncée", plus animale. Notre labdanum se distingue par une note de tête miel unique, différente de toutes celles que nous avons testées, lui conférant une chaleur et une douceur éclatantes. En fond, il évolue vers un profil olfactif cuiré.

Superb website and quality products

Really great website to use as a beginner perfumer getting into the business. The imagery behind each of the fragrances is very insightful and guiding.

OUT OF THIS WORLD LABDANUM

This is now my most favorite ingredient. I’ve blended it with CEDARWOOD ATLAS, VETIVER and AMBROXAN. One in perfumers alcohol and another in augeo to use in my diffuser. Both myself and the house smells wealthy and sophisticated. This also helps with my adhd and moods.
Smells are subjective, profoundly so. But I think it’s sweet, Smokey, woody. And I can detect an hint of honey.
And there’s something else I can’t put my finger on. Just a richness. I also now know what gives most of Penhaligons scents their signature. I’m sure it’s this.
