Le brassylate d'éthylène est l'un des muscs les plus utilisés en parfumerie, et ce n'est pas pour rien. Il est doux et neutre, avec des touches de douceur vanillée. Il est très tenace et s'intègre à presque toutes les compositions parfumées. C'est une base sur laquelle d'autres notes peuvent s'appuyer, offrant une belle odeur douce et persistante sur la peau de celui qui le porte.
