• £4.99 shipping charge on orders under £60
• Free shipping on orders over £60
• No customs charges (we are located domestically within the UK)
• All of our products can be shipped to the UK
• Delivery usually 1-2 business days from fulfilment date via Royal Mail or DPD

• We subsidise your shipping cost by £10 for each £100 you spend
• Free shipping on orders over £290 (approx. €350)
• Customs charges & EU VAT are included in your order price (no additional fees to pay), effective May 1st 2025
• Business customers MUST get in contact before placing an order to arrange DAP shipping to reclaim VAT; VAT cannot later be reclaimed if you pay it at checkout
• Delivery usually 2-7 business days after dispatch via DPD (shorter delivery times are for countries closer to the UK by road)
• We can ship all of our products (except for Tobacco Absolute) to EU mainland destinations
• Raw materials cannot be shipped to non-mainland EU destinations (e.g. Malta, The Canary Islands), however, we may be able to ship equipment and other supplies to these destinations (just ask us before placing your order)

🇨🇭 Switzerland

• Shipping base charge is £49.99 for 🇨🇭
  
• We subsidise your shipping cost by £10 for each £100 you spend
• Free shipping on orders over £500 for Switzerland
• Customs charges, tariffs and VAT are included in your order price (shown at checkout), effective May 1st 2025.
  
• Delivery usually 3 business days after dispatch for Switzerland, via DPD
• We can ship all of our products (except for Tobacco Absolute & Raw Materials Starter Kit) to Switzerland starting May 2025
  

🇳🇴 Norway

• Shipping base charge is £56.99 for 🇳🇴
  
• We subsidise your shipping cost by £10 for each £100 you spend
• Free shipping on orders over £570 for Norway
• Customs charges, tariffs and VAT are NOT included in your order price (shown at checkout), effective May 1st 2025.
  
• Delivery usually 6 business days after dispatch for Norway, via DPD
• We can ship all of our products (except for Tobacco Absolute & Raw Materials Starter Kit) to mainland Norway starting May 2025
• Raw materials cannot be shipped to non-mainland Norwegian islands, however, we may be able to ship equipment and other supplies to these destinations (just ask us before placing your order)

🇺🇸 USA and 🇨🇦 Canada

• Shipping base charge is £39.99 for orders up to 10Kg, via UPS, with delivery estimated 1-5 business days after dispatch. We can ship heavier orders up to 30Kg subject to a higher shipping charge
• Cheaper shipping via Royal mail (starting from as little as £16.25) is offered on orders under 4Kg, with delivery estimated 5-7 business days after dispatch
• Since exact shipping cost depends on order weight - see checkout for an exact shipping cost on your order
• Unfortunately we are unable to offer free shipping on any USA or Canada orders at this time
• We can't ship raw materials (ingredients) to the USA or Canada, but we can ship our equipment and other supplies
• Customs charges, tariffs and VAT are NOT included in your order price and are payable upon arrival of your parcel into the country

Important notice about USA tariffs 2025: Please note that since we ship from the UK, you may be liable to pay tariffs upon the arrival of your order into the country. Most of our products are made in the UK or China.

🌍 Rest of world

• We offer worldwide shipping to the countries not listed above via Royal Mail, with delivery estimated 5-7 business days after dispatch
• Shipping costs vary by order weight and country - these are calculated at checkout (visit our checkout with a mock order to estimate shipping costs)
• Unfortunately we are unable to offer free shipping on international orders at this time (except for countries explicitly stated above)
• Customs charges, tariffs and VAT are NOT included in your order price and are payable upon arrival of your parcel into the country
• We can't ship raw materials (ingredients) worldwide (except for the countries explicitly stated above), but we can ship our equipment and other supplies

If your country is not on the above list but you cannot check out, send us a message and we'll check if we can ship to you.

Additional notes (all countries)

• Certain products (OHAUS balances and raw materials starter kits) are ordered on-demand and incur longer lead times (usually 1-2 weeks)
• We reserve the right to cancel your order and offer a full refund in the rare case where we cannot find a suitable shipping solution for your destination
• We will not provide refunds on any shipping if the parcel is returned to us by customs
