Products are always packaged well and so neatly. Raw materials and glass a secure and safe. Raw materials and items are a high quality and not overpriced. The shipping has been fast for me so far (under a week). I am currently on my third order in under three weeks and the reason is how professional this business is and how the customer service is above and beyond.
