Brassilatul de etilenă este unul dintre cei mai utilizați mosc în parfumerie, și pe bună dreptate. Este moale și neutru, cu note de dulceață de vanilie. Are o persistență îndelungată și se potrivește în aproape orice compoziție de parfum. Este o bază pe care alte note pot construi, lăsând un miros frumos, delicat și persistent pe pielea purtătorului.
