I enjoyed my purchase. There was an issue with UPS ( not the fault of the business) and Sam wrote me and went out of his way to help solve the issue when he didn’t have to. It was so kind and I’ll definitely order again.
The balance arrived in perfect conditions. It is very easy to use and quite precise, a great way to enter the game and get repeatable results. The display needs some time to update the measurement so make sure to add the weighed material incrementally and wait for the display to settle / catch up. If I was to nitpick, I was unable to assemble the additional clear enclosure that comes with it due to a slight warp in the parts - but I was not planning to use it anyway.
