Anisaldehyde miriše slatko i voćno, malo poput maline i trešnje, ali sa blagom začinjenom facetom također. Moćan i prilično dugotrajan za voćno-cvjetnu notu koja je elokventnija od nekih voćnih estera. Koristan u trešnja, glog i heliotrope akordima. Imajte na umu da je ovaj prilično ograničen IFRA-om.
