We've sampled a lot of different Cardamom products, both essential oils and CO₂ extracts. This one is firmly our favourite Cardamom. Unlike cardamom essential oils, CO₂ extracts avoid any oily terpentine undertones. This CO₂ extract in particular from IFF is extremely bright, crisp and effervescent. It's very realistic and a pleasure to use in all sorts of compositions. Blends very will with vanillin and can be used to create compositions in the style of la nuit de l'homme.
