Grapefruit oil je jedna od uobičajenih citrusnih vršnih nota u parfumeriji. Miriše prepoznatljivo svijetlo, tropsko i citrusko (i baš kao grejpfrut). Vrlo lako se koristi - jednostavno dodajte gotovo bilo kojoj parfemskoj kompoziciji da je uzdignete svijetlim otvaranjem. Ova posebna kvaliteta od Albert Vieille (nedavno preimenovana Givaudan House of Naturals) je posebno fina.
