Tobacco Absolute is characterised by it's rich can complex aroma which closely resembles rolling tobacco. It serves as an effective base note in dark and boozy fragrance formulations, contributing depth, warmth and elegance to compositions. This particular example is manufactured by the esteemed Biolandes.
WARNING: This is not the low nicotine version which is usually used in perfumery. This product contains a high nicotine content (approximately 25%). Nicotine is toxic and readily absorbed through the skin. This product must not be applied neat to the skin, and should not be applied to the skin in general without first consulting a medical professional. We sell this product as an olfactory reference only for professional perfumers. We will not accept any liability arising from the misuse of this product. To produce this absolute, we source dark tobacco from a local partner in West Africa. This decolorized tobacco absolute is made from tobacco leaves of the burley variety. The leaves are harvested in the summer and air-cured in the shade. This specific drying process gives them a powerful aromatic fragrance reminiscent of American tobacco.
