Аромат кипарисовых деревьев создаёт часть лёгкого свежего запаха средиземноморского леса. Абсолют, являющийся редким парфюмерным сырьём, держится дольше, чем более распространённое эфирное масло (которое мы также предлагаем). Он глубокий, древесный и мшистый.
Очень густая тёмно-зелёная жидкость, напоминающая смолу. Рекомендуется подогреть на водяной бане (подойдёт миска с горячей водой из чайника), прежде чем отмерять шпателем (его можно очистить после использования парфюмерным спиртом).

Edit: I stand corrected. The off-note I had described is actually how cypress trees smell after rain. I conclude that this absolute is just very realistic.
Original review: It has nice qualities that evoke deep, permanently shaded, thick and damp reaches of the forest, and it does dry down to a more agreeable version of itself, however, at least to my nose, at 10% dilution it still has a very clear and unpleasant off note reminiscent of urine that I caught from the very beginning and now can't stop smelling, and for me it's a dealbreaker. It may be a question of too high a concentration. Or a bad batch. Will try including it in my blind trst set and see if the strong negative anchor disappears. Will also try to blend with it in minute quantities and see if it's viable at all. Not an easy one it seems.

What an phenomenal scent, so much richer than the EO. Once again another great product from The Fragrance Foundry.
One of my favourite ingredients. If you are looking at chypres, you must own this. Quite different to the essential oil which is also stocked here at FF.
