Grepfruitový olej je jednou z bežných citrónových vrchných nót v parfumérii. Vonia charakteristicky jasne, tropicky a citrusovo (a presne ako grapefruit). Veľmi ľahko použiteľné - jednoducho pridajte do takmer akejkoľvek parfumovej kompozície, aby ste ju pozviechli jasným otvorením. Táto konkrétna kvalita od Albert Vieille (nedávno premenovaná Givaudan House of Naturals) je obzvlášť jemná.
