Farnesol is a very subtle and delicate terpene type molecule, naturally found in a wide array of plants and smelling like a very faint watery lily of the valley smell when alone. This molecule may seem like it won't do much owing to its subtlety, but it's actually a useful tool for adding natural realism to floral accords. Quality is very important with Farnesol since it's so delicate, and this example is particularly fine.
