Salary: £15/hour

Hours: Full time, Monday-Friday, 10:00-18:00

About us

The Fragrance Foundry is a start-up e-commerce retailer selling art supplies for perfumers. This includes scales, bottles, pipettes, essential oils and other perfume making supplies. We have grown substantially in the last year and are looking to continue that trend far into the future as we continue to expand our operations. We are currently looking for a new full-time team member.

We are located in a rural business park located in the stunning Hertfordshire countryside, between Royston and Buntingford (on the A10). Our office is a peaceful barn with heritage features and the location has panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.

Please note that our site is not accessible via public transport and so you’ll need to drive into work.

Your role

Your role will be to assist packing our orders and preparing and labelling our products ready to ship. You'll be working in a small, friendly team in our warehouse. A range of the products which you’ll be packing can be found on our website: https://thefragrancefoundry.com/

This is an entry level role. You are not required to have any specific qualifications and you will learn all the required skills on the job.

Summary of key tasks & responsibilities:

• Order packing
  • Packing and applying shipping labels to our e-commerce orders
  • Dealing with customs declarations
  • Dealing with customer enquiries regarding their orders
• Product preparation
  
  • Counting/weighing out products
  • Labelling products
  • Filling products into bottles
  • Carefully padding glass products
• Stock management
  • Unpacking deliveries and organising into the warehouse
  • Performing stocktakes
  • Keeping our inventory management software accurate and up to date
