If you had to choose one piece of equipment that's really worth investing in for perfumery, it would probably be a precision balance. A good set of scales allows you to accurately weigh small amounts, meaning you can reduce the size of your trials and save on raw material expenditure.
This set of scales is made for a scientific laboratory, allowing you to weigh out your perfume formulas with 0.001g precision. The scale includes a calibration weight and power adapter, although it can also be powered with a 9v battery. A wind-shield is also provided to help mitigate against minute weight deviations due to air currents. This scale offers excellent value as an entry level professional scale.

The balance arrived in perfect conditions. It is very easy to use and quite precise, a great way to enter the game and get repeatable results. The display needs some time to update the measurement so make sure to add the weighed material incrementally and wait for the display to settle / catch up. If I was to nitpick, I was unable to assemble the additional clear enclosure that comes with it due to a slight warp in the parts - but I was not planning to use it anyway.
Simply put: the best deal for those living in Europe on the online market. Wonderfully simple to use, given that it's a professional product, don't expect a small, lightweight device. But for me, an amateur perfumer, it's a complete game-changer and incredibly convenient, both for small batches and when you manage to create something interesting to produce larger batches.
In Italy, where I live, scales of this type (with the exact same technical features) cost from €300 and up. Once again, TFF proves to be a miracle for anyone who loves the world of perfumery. Thanks as always.

Really quick delivery, and a very happy customer. One broken bottle out of the 182 tray pack which is ok. Cleaning the remaining 181, not ok 🤦🤣
