This oud base was developed by Givaudan and is much loved by many perfumers. This is not your classic heavy and animalic realistic oud smell; rather it's a more velvety smooth incense version, with notes of cashmere and frankincense. It's very easy to use.

Contemporary oud interpretation with nice longevity.
I like this Oud base. It’s less leathery, less tarry, than the Firmenich Black Agar. Fragrance Foundry is always a good place to look for interesting and unusual raw materials
