IF ON SKIN (or hair): Remove/Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water/shower. Store in a well-ventilated place. Keep container tightly closed. Store locked up.

Cassis Base is one of the most ubiquitous modern bases used in perfumery; to the point where many perfumers would consider using this even if they are generally against using pre-made bases in their perfumes. The base was created by Firmenich, inspired by the tropical smelling Blackcurrant Bud Absolute. The result was a clean, tropical-fruity accord which is extremely easy to use. If you're looking for a tropical fruity note to use in your perfume compositions, this is the first point of call.
