The aroma of Cypress trees creates part of the light breezy smell in a Mediterranean forest. The essential oil is brighter and fresher than the more uncommon absolute (which we also stock). This version is produced by Payan Bertrand from French cypress trees which we selected after searching through a number of suppliers for the best quality. This version has a more substantial woody note than it's counterparts, while retaining a bright gin-like bitter fresh note reminiscent of juniper berry essential oil.

Essence of the Mediterranean

Synergistic with but notably different from the absolute. The essential oil has a subtle kick similar to that of freshly pressed olive oil sitting behind the glorious aroma of cypress. Conjures images of Mediterranean summers.

An amazing smell of cypress, a watery woody smell that has a punchy texture. It smells a lot like eucalyptus! Which I love.
