Montaverdi is a stunning green and fruity aromachemical with vibrant notes of cut-grass, apple, pear, banana and tropical fruits. It's a derivative of cis-3-hexenol, the classic fresh-cut grass note in perfumery, but uniquely, Montaverdi has a tropical-fruity twist. It's a short lived top note so will only really be present in the initial impact after spraying your perfume, but is effective in trace amounts. It blends well with rose and violet outside of the obvious uses in green and tropical fruit accords.
