Polycone caps. This batch has a lip in the polycone cap which is very close to the size of the bottles and as such some of them go over the tolerance and get stuck (see video for a clear explanation). I'd say approximately half the caps in this batch have the problem. These are being sold off very cheap to avoid plastic waste and make space in our facility, realistically you'd have no issue just going through to find the half which work fine. You also have the option of living with the minor inconvenience of the defective ones since there aren't any issues with the seal they make with the bottle (arguably it's too good...)
