William's ester is the result of an intriguing experiment stitching two molecules of Cis-3-hexenol together chemically. The result: Cis-3-hexenyl cis-3-hexenoate; a fresh, juicy, crisp, watery and highly realistic rendition of the smell of pear flesh. A secret tool for realistic and bewitching pear accords.
